Whether you are planning to spend a romantic evening at home with your loved one enjoying the stunning skyline views these Denver apartments offer, or a fun night celebrating with friends, you will certainly need a delicious and unique cocktail for the occasion.<\/p>\n

Here are a few simple but tasty Valentine’s Day inspired cocktails residents in our modern Denver apartments can make for a fun night in or before you head out for a night on the town with your Valentine or special friend.<\/p>\n

Chocolate Strawberry Margarita<\/strong><\/p>\n

3 parts Chocolate Milk
\n1 part white tequila
\n1 part strawberry daiquiri mix
\nChocolate covered strawberries for garnish
\nCombine chocolate milk, strawberry daiquiri mix and tequila in a glass. Shake well to combine all ingredients. Pour into a glass and garish with a chocolate-covered strawberry.<\/p>\n

Raspberry Chocolate Kiss Cocktail<\/p>\n

1\/4 cup Mint infused simple syrup
\n3 finely crushed chocolate cookies
\n10 raspberries
\n1\/4 cup vodka
\n2 tablespoons cranberry juice
\nIce cubes
\nFill a shallow bowl or plate with enough simple syrup to cover the bottom. Fill a shallow bowl or plate with the crushed chocolate cookies. Dip the rim of a martini glass into simple syrup and then into the crushed cookies to coat the rim of the glass. Place raspberries in a cocktail shaker and crush with a muddler or spoon. Add simple syrup and crush again. Add vodka and cranberry juice. Fill shaker with ice and shake well until chilled. Strain into prepared martini glass and enjoy!<\/p>\n

The Strawberry Blonde<\/strong><\/p>\n

2 ounces champagne
\n2 ounces strawberry flavored vodka
\n1 1\/2 ounces pineapple juice
\n 1\/2 ounce strawberry daiquiri mix
\nFill drink shaker with ice
\nPour all ingredients into shaker and gently shake to mix ingredients well. Strain mixture into a cocktail glass and garnish with a strawberry.<\/p>\n
