Go On More Walks

They’ll even sleep better, which means more sleep for you, too. A simple stroll around the neighborhood is enough, or drive to a park and try a trail you haven't been on before to keep things interesting for both of you.

Dogs are great learners and happier when stimulated. Resolve to teach them a new trick each month (or at least every other month). It will be great fun for both of you, and your pet will love the extra attention.
