Jewish Film Festival. Hosted by the Mizel Arts and Culture Center, the annual Denver Jewish Film Festival will deliver a range of exceptional films to the Robert E. Loup Jewish Community Center between February 8th and 20th. A total of 32 films will showcase Jewish and Israeli culture.
Denver Splash & Dash and Polar Plunge. Support a great cause by attending the Denver Splash & Dash and Polar Plunge. The 5K race takes place in City Park, while the plunge occurs at the Denver Zoo. Pledges sought after by participants support the Special Olympics. Many people complete both the race and plunge in full costume. Afterwards, they stay for a special celebration. Event participants receive free admission to the zoo, while spectators are given a discounted pass.
Denver Restaurant Week. The final days of February and the first few days of March are marked by Denver Restaurant Week, when hundreds of the finest dining establishments in Denver provide exceptional dinners at shockingly low prices. This year, the event features a newly tiered pricing scheme, in which participants have the opportunity to eat the city’s best cuisine for as little as $25 per person.
